Background
Judge Timothy Flook was appointed associate circuit judge in 2015 and has been assigned cases in the breach of contract-civil and adult abuse and probate guardianship dockets. Judge Flook has been assigned to multiple circuit appointments for various deceased estate and divorce cases, as well as multiple civil jury trials. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from William Jewell College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He has served as a state representative in the Missouri House of Representatives.
Judge Flook is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Missouri Probate and Associate Circuit Judges Association, the American Judges Association, the Clay County Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Kansas City. Judge Flook is active with St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, Knights of Columbus and Guadalupe Centers, Inc.
