Background
Hon. Tom Albus is circuit judge for the 21st Circuit Court. Albus’ judicial assignments currently involve domestic violence, criminal, and civil trials. Prior to that, his docket included general criminal and civil trials from 2020-2021.
Albus was first assistant attorney general of Missouri, an assistant U.S. attorney, and a lawyer at Bryan Cave LLP. Albus was a law clerk for Hon. John C. Holstein from 1998-1999 and Hon. Lawrence G. Crahan from 1997-1998. Albus graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law and was admitted to The Missouri Bar in 1997.
Albus is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, St. Louis County Bar Association, Lawyers Association, and Federal Bar Association.
