Background

Judge Pfeiffer was appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Western District in 2009. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Westminster College in 1989. He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri in 1991.

Before joining the court, Judge Pfeiffer was in private practice in Columbia. Judge Pfeiffer has been active in The Missouri Bar, serving on the Board of Governors, the Legislative Review Committee, and the Tort Law Committee. He is a member of The Crossing Evangelical Presbyterian Church and is an active supporter of youth sports organizations.
