Background
Judge Joseph Green was appointed to Division 36 of the 21st Judicial Circuit in 2016. His judicial assignments include matters in the associate civil/equity division, veterans court and an appointment as special deputy probate judge. Judge Green earned a B.S. in business administration from Truman State University and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
Judge Green is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the St. Louis County Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a guest speaker/lecturer on various topics, including, but not limited to, handling expert witnesses, litigation strategies, forensic evidence, gang evidence and voir dire. He participates in the USO of Missouri, the Catholic Youth Council/Catholic Youth Association and the Masons Webster Groves Lodge.
