Judge Colleen Dolan was appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, in 2016. She was previously a circuit judge and had served as an associate circuit judge and municipal judge for the City of Ellisville. Judge Dolan received a B.S. from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.

Judge Dolan chairs the board of certified court examiners and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), the Women Lawyers’ Association and the St. Louis County Bar Association. She speaks at various continuing legal education seminars and volunteers with Action for Autism. She also supports various charitable efforts for children.
