The 22nd Circuit Judicial Commission will interview all 22 applicants for the circuit judge vacancy created by the retirement of Judge David. Applicants include 12 women, 10 men, eight minorities, 14 non-minorities, eight presently employed in the private sector and 14 in the public sector. Interview dates will be announced.

The 16th Circuit Judicial Commission has interviewed 19 applicants and selected a panel of three nominees for the circuit judge vacancy in Division 12 of the Jackson County Circuit Court, created by the retirement of Judge Edith L. Messina. The nominees are Marilyn B. Keller, Susan Elizabeth Long and Jennifer Marie Phillips.

The commission has submitted the panel to Gov. Jay Nixon, who will have 60 days to appoint one of the nominees as circuit judge for Division 12.

Jay Nixon to fill the vacancy on the St. Louis Circuit Court created by the retirement of Judge Thomas C. Grady. The nominees are Judge Christopher E. McGraugh, Commissioner Anne-Marie Clarke and Commissioner James E. Sullivan.

The 21st Judicial Circuit Commission will interview all 31 applicants for the current associate circuit judge vacancy in St. Louis County created by the appointment of Judge Sandra Farragut-Hemphill to the circuit bench. Interviews are set for Feb. 4 and Feb. 5 and are open to the public.
